• General Weather: Miscellaneous video of common weather, such as snow, rain, clouds, people in weather.
• Severe Weather: This includes thunderstorms, lightning, hail, flooding, winds, general tornadoes.
• Extreme Severe Weather: Includes very large hail (baseball or bigger), violent tornadoes w/ debris, extreme floods, severe weather rescues, severe weather damage caught on tape as its happening.

• General Private/Public Use: For use in any presentation in which the footage is used soley for that purpose. This includes coporate functions, trainings, slide presentations, in-house displays, etc. No distribution of footage is implied with this license. Distribution rights will be discussed on a case-by-case basis and may add to final fees.
• Local Broadcast/Distribution: For use within 100 miles of licensee in the United States; including retail, local news stations, and local TV stations. Commercials for local businesses fall under this catagory as well.
• National Broadcast/Distribution: For use within the United States only. This includes National TV stations, affiliates, and any coporation, commerical, or network broadcast use beyond a local area.
• Worldwide Broadcast/Distribution: For use outside the United States. This includes all instances where media will be shown outside of the U.S., regardless of country of licensee.
