Sitting at DIA right now waiting to board a flight down south as I’ll be in Dallas this weekend for the TESSA Convention. I have attended this conference several times since my first in 2000 and try to make it back there at least once every couple of years.  Its a fun conference, but most importantly I get to see a few folks I don’t get to see very often outside of this get-together.  That more than anything else is what I look forward to.

I don’t foresee a hoopla of updates during the conference, but I’ll shoot out a entry here and there.  I did bring all my camera gear just in case, but I’d call the chances next to none at best to see any weather worth filming.  Its actually all with me because I was too lazy to unpack from Wednesday’s chase, so alas I just hauled it all.

After the conference, I have a layover day before making the drive back to Colorado with my friend, Khara who is touring the Denver area for schools and such as she is looking to do her Meteorology degree out here.  She saved me half my flight costs as I am pretty much hitch-hiking back with her and her Prius.  Hopefully she can survive my friends whom are gonna break her in to our Colorado-scene the best they can. *coughJamescough*

So with that, I am gonna sit here and wait for the Boston-bound folks to clear out so I can spread out a bit waiting for my flight.  Ciao for now!
